Shipping Policy

Cirkul ships only to addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is complimentary on all U.S. orders. Orders are generally prepared in 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated transit period of 4–6 business days; weekends and U.S. public holidays are not business days.

Tracking and delivery support

When an order ships, tracking information is sent to the email used for the order. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. If your address is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help before shipment, but an address cannot always be changed after dispatch. For a delayed, lost, damaged, or misdelivered package, please contact us so we can review the order and available carrier information.
